Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 tbs fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
  2. 2 tbs kalonji seeds (aniseed)
  3. 1/4 tsp ajwain
  4. 1 tbs coriander seeds
  5. 4 to 5 black peppercorns

Instructions

  1. Dry roast all the spices separately
  2. Blend very well in the blender.. separately because every spice has its own character. So grind them individually
  3. Store it in airtight container
  4. Take 1/4 tsp after the lunch with lukewarm water and before dinner. I.e twice a day..
  5. After one week. Increase the amount by 1/2 tsp onwards..
