Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  2. 4 tbsp coffee powder
  3. 4 ice cubes
  4. 3 anise powder
  5. 3 cups milk
  6. 4 tbsp water


  1. Add 3 cups of milk in a vessel and heat it on medium flame.
  2. Take off milk vessel within a minute.
  3. Prepare an expresso: 1 tbsp of coffee, 1 tbsp of powdered sugar and 1 tbsp of water in each cup. Take half of the milk in another vessel and add to each cup.
  4. Now blend the remaining milk until its become thick by adding some coffee powder, anise powder and ice cubes, Pour it in a cup of coffee.
  5. Now garnish it with coffee powder or whatever u like! Our hot and cold cappuccino is ready! Its yummy, try it once!
