Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1. 1 litre Milk
  2. 2.1/2 tsp curd yogurt
  3. 3. 1 green chilli or red chilli


  1. In a bowl add curd and warm milk, stirring well. Place it in a warm place for overnight or for 5-6 hours. When it is done refrigerate it for 1-2 hours for better results.
  2. Add green chilli or red chilli if you are staying in cool climate
  3. Note : If weather is too cool especially in winters cover the bowl with some woolen cloth. Preferably use casseroles in place of a bowl for better result. In summers it take less time to get done
