Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/4 kg ladys finger chopped
  2. Oil - 3 tbs
  3. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  4. Onion - 1 chopped
  5. Garlic - few
  6. Red chilli powder - as per taste
  7. Dhaniya powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt - as per taste
  10. Curd - 1 cup
  11. Water

Instructions

  1. In a tawa, add 2 tablespoon oil. Add chopped ladys finger and fry till the stickiness goes off. Keep it aside
  2. In a pan, add oil and jeera. Allow it to splutter.
  3. Add onions and fry.
  4. Add 3 pods of garlic and fry.
  5. Add in red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and turmeric, Fry.
  6. Add in fried ladys finger and salt.
  7. Add curd. Mix well
  8. Add sufficient water to cook the bhindi.
  9. Curd ladys finger.. ready to eat.
