Masala Chaas/ Taak

Ingredients to make Masala Chaas/ Taak

  • Curd/ yogurt 100 grams
  • Chilled water 200 milliliter
  • Green chilli 1
  • ginger 1 piece very small
  • Black salt two pinches
  • salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • asafoetida a pinch
  • mint leaves few
  • coriander leaves few

How to make Masala Chaas/ Taak

  1. Chop mint leaves and coriander leaves
  2. Coarsely grind chilli and ginger.
  3. Blend curd and water along with cumin powder, salt, asafoetida and black salt.
  4. Add ginger- chilli paste.
  5. Add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  6. Mix well, garnish and serve.

My Tip:

You can add little chat masala too.
