Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup yogurt
  2. 1 tbsp whipped cream
  3. 2 tsp fresh cream
  4. 2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  5. 1 pinch saffron dissolved in 1 tbsp milk
  6. 1 tbsp chopped pista
  7. 1 tbsp chopped almond


  1. In a jar put yogurt, condensed milk, saffron milk, whipped cream, fresh cream.
  2. Whisk until get smooth and light.
  3. Add chopped pista, chopped almond and mix .
  4. Pour mixture in a bowl or tin.
  5. Sprinkle some chopped pista, almond on the top and keep the ice cream batter in freezer for 8-10 hours or over night.
  6. After 10 hours yogurt pista almond ice cream ready to enjoy.
  7. Serve immediately.
