ABOUT Mango chickpeas salsa with tortilla chips RECIPE

This is sweet crunchy salad. It can also be served as starter with tortia chips. Sweetness comes from mango gives it amazing taste.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ripe mango - 1
  2. Boiled chickpeas- 1 small bowl
  3. Chat masala- 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  5. Pomegranate- 1/4 cup
  6. Lemon juice- 1 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves few for garnishing
  8. Black salt- as per taste
  9. Mint leaves (optional)
  10. Tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Boil the soaked chickpeas and keep it aside.
  2. Lets cut the mango in small cubes and peel the pomegranate.
  3. In the meanwhile cut the tortillas in square shape or your desired shape and fry them.
  4. Now take a bowl and add chickpeas, mango cubes, pomegranate and all spices mentioned above.
  5. At last add lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well .
  6. Now sweet tangy salsa is ready to serve with tortilla chips.
