Combine all the ingredients for that gattas, knead into a firm dough using very little hot water.
Keep dough covered for 4-5 min
Boil the water in a pan and when it becomes hot put the gattas and boil for 7-8 min. Till they float on top
Now drain and keep aside, keep the water also
Cut gattas into 1/2" pieces.
Heat the oil into pan add jeera, mustard seed, hing, bay leaf, cloves
When it become crack, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and gattas saute for 2 min.
Add little water which we kept aside, then put the beaten curd and stirring continuously for 2 min otherwise curd will split
Now switch off the gas and add a salt as per your taste
Finely garnish with green coriander leaves
