Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup pumkin
  2. 1 cup aloo
  3. 4 minute sliced green chillies
  4. 1/2 tsp jeera
  5. 1/2 tsp saunf
  6. 1/2 tsp kalonjee
  7. 1/2 tsp danamethi
  8. Pinch of hing
  9. Salt as per the taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in the cooker
  2. Add the above all ingredients in the cooker.
  3. Now add the pumpkin and aloo
  4. Stir for few minutes and add turmeric, red chilli powder. Place the cooker lid
  5. Upon one whistle close the flame
  6. The curry is ready
  7. Serve with coriander

simple, but looks as a different sidedish for poori or rotis. :ok_hand:
