Ingredients to make Paniyaram

  • Dosa batter 1 cups
  • onion - 1 medium finely chopped
  • Green chilies - 2 finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • coriander leaves a small bunch finely chopped

How to make Paniyaram

  1. Take dosa batter in a bowl. To that add chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt and mix it well.
  2. Now take paniyaram pan add a drop of oil in each hole and then a drop table spoon of batter in each hold.
  3. Now add two to three drops of oil on the sides and cook till the air bubbles bursts and then flip it on the other side.
  4. Cook till they turn golden color on both the side. Remove on to a plate and serve hot with coconut chutney or peanut chutney!

My Tip:

You need to buy a special pan to make these paniyarams, but let me tell you it is worth buying it to prepare such a yummy and quick breakfast! It’s like a finger food, good to carry for kids boxes!
