ABOUT Panagam RECIPE

This is a traditional South Indian cooler made with jaggery, dry ginger and cardamom, popular among the Vaishnavites.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Jaggery (grated) - 2- 3 tbsp .
  2. Water - 2 cups
  3. Dry ginger - 1 tsp (crushed)
  4. Cardamom - 1 (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the jaggery in water and keep it aside.
  2. Mix the crushed cardamom and dry ginger to this jaggery water and filter it.
  3. Your drink is ready. Enjoy chilled!!!
