Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fish pieces 6
  2. Chili powder 1 tsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Curry leaves 10
  6. Oil 6tsp
  7. Turmeric & jeera powder 1 tsp each

Instructions

  1. First, clean the fish pieces with lemon or vinegar.
  2. Then add all the ingredients and mix it.
  3. And add one glass of water and boil them for four minutes.
  4. Let it cool for three minutes. Separate fish pieces from the water.
  5. Take a pan and pour oil for shallow fry, keep the boiled fish pieces in the pan and fry them both sides.
  6. Add green chiles, curry leaves and fry them.
  7. After that add remaining fish boiled water and mix well until it becomes gravy.
  8. Now add the fried fish pieces to that gravy in Kadai. And keep on flame for two minutes.
  9. Then all the fish pieces absorb gravy also. So it becomes tasty. Garnish with coriander leaves
