Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1.5 cups urad dal flour
  2. 1.5 cups Fine Rawa
  3. 1 tbsp sugar
  4. 1 tbsp salt
  5. 1 tsp instant yeast
  6. Water 1 cup(can add more if needed)
  7. Oil 1/4 cup
  8. 1 big onion chopped
  9. Hand full of coriander leaves chopped
  10. For tempering:
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. few curry leaves
  14. 1 dry red chilies
  15. 1 tbsp curry leaves powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let it rest for 5mins
  2. After 5 mins start kneading the dough
  3. At first, it will be very sticky
  4. Keep kneading for 10 to 15 mins till you see nice elasticity and smoothness in the dough
  5. Oil the dough and let it rise till it doubles
  6. Remove the dough and again punch it
  7. Place the dough in a bread box
  8. Do the tempering of oil mustard curry leaves red chilies and powder.
  9. Put the tempering over the bread and let the bread proof for 2nd rise
  10. Once you see the dough reach the rim of the tin
  11. Put it in the pre heated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40mins
  12. Enjoy the bread as it or with sambar and chutney
