Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Moong Dal-1/2 cup
  2. Mattar dal -1/2 cup
  3. Turmeric-a pinch
  4. Kashmiri red chili powder-1/2 tbsp
  5. Salt and sugar as per taste
  6. Green chili-2
  7. Coriander leaves-a handful
  8. Baking powder-1tsp
  9. Water
  10. Mustard oil

Instructions

  1. Soak the moong and Matar dal combined for 2-3 hrs.
  2. Blend the dal with all the mentioned ingredients except coriander leaves and green chilies.
  3. Then add chopped coriander leaves and green chilies.
  4. Heat mustard oil in a pan.Once hot, put the batter in small amounts and fry till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with any beverage.
