This stuffed bhindi recipe is a family favourite that is regularly prepared at home.
Wash the bhindi and dry well using a cloth. Next, slit each bhindi without cutting it into two halves.
Take a bowl and put in all the stuffing ingredients together, put in salt and mix it well together.
Now, fill this stuffing in between each bhindi and keep aside.
Heat the oil in a kadai/pan. Put in the stuffed bhindi and cook on a low flame.
Serve this delicious stuffed bhindi with rotis for best taste.
