ABOUT Soy fingers RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. One cup - blanched carrot, beans and peas
  2. 1/2 cup - soaked soy crumb
  3. 2 tbs - refined flour
  4. 2 tbs - corn flour
  5. Salt, jeera powder and garam masala - as desired
  6. 1/2 tsp - lemon juice
  7. Green chilli and fresh coriander leaves
  8. Oil or butter - for frying
  9. 2 tbs - bread crumbs
  10. 1/2 cup - green onion

Instructions

  1. Mash the vegetables and add the soaked and squeezed soy crumbs. Add the chopped green onion.
  2. Mix masala as per your taste, add green chilli and lemon juice. Add corn flour and refined oil to make the dough.
  3. shape the dought as seekh kababs and coat with bread crumbs.
  4. Shallow fry or grill with oil or butter.
