ABOUT Lauki Ke Pakode RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Lauki or bottle gourd - 1 small size
  2. Besan or chickpea flour - 1 cup
  3. Rice flour - 1 tablespoon
  4. Maize flour - 2 teaspoon
  5. Green chilli paste - 2 teaspoon
  6. Garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel, grate and wash the bottle gourd.
  2. Squeeze out all the water from lauki using your hand and add all the ingredients and make a batter for pakodas.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry the pakodas.
  4. Serve with sauce or any chutney of your choice.
