This is an yet another veg recipe from the Hyderabad City. Known as flat beans in English, this one is a simple stir fried recipe involving the minimum of spices. It can be relished both with rice and rotis. It has the most simplest of the ingredients but still tastes yummy. It goes very well with tomato chutney as an accompaniment. This beans is also made with mutton in the Muslim households in the city and since this dish does not have it, it is called as baghari, meaning without the mutton and made just as a vegetarian dish. It is crunchy and just see the lovely green colour it has retained.
