Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Kakardia guar fali ki subji----
  2. 1 kakardia
  3. 1 cup fali
  4. 3 tbsp oil
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. Pinch of hing
  7. salt as per taste
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 tsp coriander powder
  11. 1 tsp amchur powder
  12. 2 tbsp Sugar
  13. 1 lemon Juice
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Water as per required
  16. Pyaazpati ki subji----
  17. 3 cup pyaazpati
  18. 1 chopped tomato
  19. 2 tsp oil
  20. 1 tsp jeera
  21. salt as per taste
  22. 1/2 tsp haldi
  23. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  24. 2 tsp coriander powder
  25. 1 tsp amchur powder
  26. Kachari aur lahsun ki chutney---
  27. 7 -8 dry red chillies
  28. 8-10 lahsun ki kaliyan
  29. 1 tomato
  30. 2 tbsp Oil
  31. 1 tsp jeera
  32. salt as per taste
  33. 1/2 tsp haldi
  34. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  35. 2 tsp coriander powder
  36. 1 tbsp kaachri
  37. Mirchi ki subji----
  38. 4-5 green chillies
  39. 2 tsp oil
  40. 1 tsp Rai
  41. 1 tsp jeera
  42. Pinch of hing
  43. salt as per taste
  44. 1/2 tspp haldi
  45. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  46. 2 tsp coriander powder
  47. 1 tsp amchur powder
  48. 1 tsp fennel powder
  49. Baajri ki roti---
  50. 1 cup baajri ka aata
  51. 1 tsp Salt
  52. Water as required
  53. Ghee for roti
  54. Mauth ki roti---
  55. 1/2 cup besan
  56. 1/2 cup mouth daal flour/moong daal flour
  57. 2 tbsp curd
  58. 1 tbsp oil
  59. salt as per taste
  60. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  61. Water as per required
  62. Kaala papad(urad daal ke chhilkon se bane)
  63. Curd and salad
  64. Bhujiya
  65. Kulfi--
  66. 2 CUP MILK
  67. 1 tsp milk powder
  68. 100 gram milkmaid
  69. Sugar as required
  70. 4-5 sprigs of Saffron soak in milk
  71. 1 tsp cardmon powder
  72. 1 tbsp chop mix nuts

Instructions

  1. Kaakria fali ki subji----
  2. Chop both vegetables
  3. Boil in cooker ,give one whistle
  4. Heat oil add jeera and hing
  5. Add both vegetables
  6. And spices
  7. Add sugar and cook till all mix with each other
  8. Then add lemon juice and coriander leaves
  9. Pyaaz pati ki subji----
  10. Heat oil and add jeera
  11. Wash pyaaz pati and add in oil
  12. Add all spices and mix finely
  13. Don't cook too much
  14. Kaachuri lahsun ki chutney---
  15. Remove seeds from chillies and soak them in water for some time
  16. Add lahsun red chillies and tomato in mixi
  17. Make a ppaste
  18. Heat oil add jeera
  19. Then add lahsun mirchi paste and roast it
  20. Add spices and roast them also
  21. Then add water and cook
  22. As it leaves oil add kaachuri and mix
  23. Mirchi ki subji----
  24. Chop green chillies and wash them
  25. Remove seeds
  26. Heat oil
  27. Add jeera,rai and hing
  28. Add mirchi and cook a little
  29. Then add all spices and mix
  30. Don't add water then you can eat it 4-5 days keeping in freeze
  31. Baajrii ki roti--
  32. Add baajri flour,salt and water as required and make dough
  33. Take a plastic sheet and sprinkle some dry flour on it
  34. Take dough and spread it with fingers evenly
  35. Set edges with fingers and carefully put on tawa
  36. Cook from one side
  37. And flip cook from other side
  38. Now cook directly on gas
  39. Apply ghee and serve
  40. For mauth ki roti---
  41. Take all flour add salt
  42. Add curd and oil
  43. Add carrom seeds
  44. Make a dough with water
  45. Keep it covered for some time
  46. Then roll it and cook from both sides
  47. Apply ghee and serve
  48. Baajri ki roti ko ghee mein chur kar mix in kaakria fali subji and mirchi ki subji
  49. Kulfi---
  50. Heat milk
  51. Add milk powder in 1 tbsp cold milk and mix finely
  52. Add milkmaid and sugar in milk
  53. Soak saffron in lukewarm milk
  54. When milk become thick add saffron,nuts and cardmon powder
  55. Set in freeze in a airtight box or kulfi mould
  56. Serve roti subji with curd,kachumber salad
  57. We use to serve bhujiya also
  58. Avoid rice because already this meal is too heavy
  59. I serve black papad with ghee and red chilli powder upon it
  60. Serve kulfi after lunch
