ABOUT Masala Paneer RECIPE

Paneer is full of proteins and is favorite among kids. But making it a bit more healthy is every mother’s motive. This recipe includes making paneer from milk and adding spices and spinach leaves in it thereby making of more tasty and more healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Milk - 1/2 litre
  2. Spinach leaves (chopped) - 1/4 Cup
  3. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Salt (to taste)
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Boil milk in a pan. Turn the flame to medium and all other ingredients in milk. Keep stirring.
  2. In around 5-7 minutes the milk solids start separating from whey.
  3. Collect paneer in cloth and press it with some hard object so that the remaining whey gets out of it.
  4. Cut in pieces and enjoy.
