Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm - Lahsun / Garlic
  2. 250 gm - Adarak / Ginger
  3. 1 kg - Chopped raw mangoes
  4. 500 gm - Pickle masala
  5. I kg - Mustard Oil

Instructions

  1. Grind ginger and garlic in mixer.
  2. Grate 750 gm of raw mango and chop 250 mango in small pieces.
  3. Take 1 cup oil in pan and saute ginger garlic till become crisp. Keep this aside to cool. Heat 1/2 ltr of oil till it begins to smoke then cool it completely.
  4. Now in a big vessel mix all the ingredients andadd aachar masala. Add smoked oil and give a nice stir. Fill the pickle in glass jars and it's ready to eat.
