Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soy Chunks - 1 Cup
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1 Large
  3. Finely chopped tomatoes - 2 Large
  4. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  5. Green Chilies - 1-2
  6. Salt - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander Powder - 1tsp
  8. Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  9. Oil - 2 tbsp
  10. Jeera - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Keep soy chunks for half an hour in warm water.
  2. Hear 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai and add jeera. Add chopped onions. Saute till the onions turn brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away. Add chopped tomato. Saute till the tomatoes become mushy and leave oil.
  4. Now add 2 cups water and soy chunks. Put the lid on kadhai and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with chapati
