A delicious gawar fali vegetable.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gawar falis - 250 grams
  2. Oil - 6 tsp
  3. Zeera - 1 tsp
  4. Onions - 2, chopped
  5. Coriander powder - 3 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  8. Salt as required
  9. Curd - 1 Cup

Instructions

  1. Wash the falis very well, remove both ends and cut into one inch pieces.
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan add chopped onion fry till transparent add dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt as required mix well add curd and saute till oil separates.
  3. Add boiled falis and cook on medium flame for 10 mins by covering the lid of pan. Ganwar fali masala is ready to serve. Sprinkle lime juice while serving.
