Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Jawar aata 2 and 1/2 cups
  2. Onion ( very fine cut) 1 cup
  3. Green chillies chopped very fine 1/2 cup
  4. Hot water as required for dough
  5. Salt as per taste


  1. First we take jawar flour, mix salt, onion, green chillies and make a dough with hot water.
  2. Now just make round shape with the help of hand and water.
  3. Now put in chapati pan on medium flame and let it cook on both the sides, flipping from time to time.
  4. Jawar masala roti is prepared.
