Jowar roti is our traditional roti most important this is very healthy, we can eat with gravies, bhaaji also nonveg dishes

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 cup Jowar aata
  2. 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. 1 cup hot water
  4. Normal water for spreading on roti
  5. Extra dry aata for dusting

Instructions

  1. Take jawar aata mix in salt mix well
  2. Now add as required water mix well make nice dough
  3. Heat black tava (do not take non stick pan)
  4. Now take medium size dough make ball press with palm make nice round roti (do not use roller) Use finger and palm
  5. Place roti on tava spread on normal water on it with palm or musline cloth
  6. Roast with both side on tava, end final roast on direct flame one side it will be fluffy
  7. Serve hot
