Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Spinach leaves
  2. 1.5 cups jowar flour
  3. Half cup wheat flour
  4. 1-2 green chillies (adjust)
  5. handful coriander leaves
  6. 1tsp jeera
  7. Pinch of turmeric
  8. Salt to taste


  1. Clean Spinach leaves. Grind Spinach, coriander, jeera, salt , green chillies to puree
  2. In a bowl, add puree, flour, turmeric. Add 1tsp oil. Add little water
  3. Heat tawa. Make a big ball. Wet your palms. Now place the ball on tawa and start tapping with wet palms to make roti. Flip and cook both sides. Apply little oil on both sides
  4. Serve hot with curd , curry etc of your choice
