ABOUT Crispy spinach cutlets RECIPE

This cutlet is prepared by two methods..shallow frying then air frying.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach- 250gms (washed and shredded)
  2. chana daal- 50gms
  3. Besan- 6tbsp
  4. Onions- 2chopped
  5. ginger -small pc chopped
  6. Green chillies- 2pc chopped
  7. salt to taste
  8. oil to shallow fry
  9. chana masala pwdr- to taste
  10. chat masala-to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the dal for an hour, then pressure cook it...drain the excess water and fry dal in a kadhai.
  2. Mix finely chopped Palak, onions, greenchillies..add besan, salt and masalas.
  3. Make round balls of this mix and shallow fry in a non stick pan.
  4. Remove these balls and press them with katori and air fry them for 5-7mins.
  5. Serve hot with chutneys or tomato ketchup.
