Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broken wheat or daliya - 1/2 Cup
  2. Dhuli moong daal - 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee - 6 tsp
  4. Onions - 1 small size (finely chopped)
  5. Salt according to taste


  1. Wash dal and daliya with water and set aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pressure cooker add onions and fry till translucent.
  3. Add dal and daliya with 3 cups of water and salt according to taste
  4. Cook for 5 whistles or till daliya and daal get completely incorporated in each other.
  5. Serve as it is or mix curd while serving
