Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cod fish fillets 400 gms
  2. maida 3/4 cup
  3. Dried rosemary 1.5 tsp
  4. water
  5. salt
  6. Bread crumbs 3/4 cup


  1. Apply salt and I tsp.of.rosemary on the fish and keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
  2. Cut the fish into finger size pieces.
  3. Take Maida In a bowl.put salt to taste and rest of rosemary in it. And add.water to make batter.
  4. The batter shouldn't be very thick
  5. In another plate spread the bread crumbs.
  6. Take the fish fish fingers, dip it in batter and immediately put in the bread crumbs.
  7. Roll it and cover it properly with breadcrumbs.
  8. Keep it aside
  9. Now repeat the same process for other fish fingers too.
  10. You may refrigerate fish fingers before frying
  11. Deep fry and serve it with the sauce of your choice.
