Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Anil shavige [vermicelli] 1 pack
  2. Oil as required
  3. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  5. 5 to 6 Green Chillies
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. Veggies finely chopped (carrot, capsicum, beans)
  8. Salt
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Finely chopped coriander leaves
  11. 1 tbsp lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the Vermicelli as per the direction on the packet and keep it aside.(do not over boil.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add in mustard. Once it splatters add jeera.
  3. Now add onions, green chilli and fry till soft. Add in carrot, capsicum and beans. Fry till veggies are soft.
  4. Add in salt and turmeric. Mix well. Add in cooked Anil shavige, lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
