Veg. Kheema Masala

Ingredients to make Veg. Kheema Masala

  • 2 big onion finally chopped
  • 1 small green capsicum finally chopped
  • 1/2 carrot steamed and finally chopped
  • 1/4 cup french beans steamed and finally chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh / frozen peas
  • 2-3 green chilli finally chopped as per your spice level
  • 1 nedium size tomato finally chopped
  • 1 cup thick tomato puree
  • 1/4 cup fresh crumble paneer
  • spices
  • 1 tsp or little more garam nasala
  • 1 tsp red kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee/oil
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp veg.kheema masala
  • FOR GARNISH
  • coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp mozzarella cheese

How to make Veg. Kheema Masala

  1. First we wash and minced all veggies.
  2. Heat a pan add ghee add cumin seeds add Onion .
  3. Let it brown and raw smell goes
  4. Add Ginger garlic paste
  5. Saute it till raw smell of garlic goes.it took 2-3 minutes
  6. Add minced capsicum,peas and chopped green chillies
  7. Mix well. Add tomato puree and cook it another 2 minutes
  8. Add the finally chopped tomato and cook it until it mushy.
  9. Add red chilli powder cumin coriander powder, garam masala, veg keema masala,and salt to taste.mix all spices.
  10. Addl little water and cover and cook it for 2 -3 minutes.
  11. Add finally chopped steamed beans and carrot.mix it well
  12. Add crumble paneer and 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese and mix well.
  13. Add some coriander leaves and little water if it seems dry.switch off the flame.now take out Veg keema masala in serving plate.
  14. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and sprinkle some lemon juice over it. Restaurant style Veg Keema Masala is Ready to serve..Serve it with Naan ,Chapati ,Roti or Rice.
