Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Prawns 10 to 12 in number
  2. Green chilli paste 1tablespoon
  3. Mustard paste 2tablespoon
  4. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  5. sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coconut milk 2cups
  7. Tender coconut water 1 cup
  8. Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
  9. Oil ( mustard oil preferably)
  10. Salt to taste


  1. Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt and turmeric.
  2. In a pan add mustard oil saute the prawns when prawns are half done add green chilli paste, sugar, mustard paste and saute.
  3. Then gradually add coconut milk and then coconut water. Allow to simmer, remove from fire once the prawns are done
