Yummy cutlets made with potatoes and flattened rice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pooha 1/2 cup
  2. Potatoes 4
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Garlic, green chilly, ginger paste [1 tsp each]
  5. Red colour a pinch
  6. oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes
  2. Soak pooha for.5mins
  3. Take a pan..mash potatoes. Add pooha and mix well.
  4. Add paste, salt, red colour,
  5. Make small balls and deep fry.
  6. Try with green chutney
