Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maida 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 spoon
  3. Ghee 1 to 2 spoons
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Adrak Mirchi paste 1 spoon
  6. Haldi 1 teaspoon
  7. Jeera 1 spoon
  8. Chopped onion 1 cup
  9. Chopped tomatoes 2 cups
  10. Chopped capsicum 1 cup
  11. Chily powder 1 to 2 spoon
  12. Pav bhaji masala 1 to 2 spoons
  13. Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  14. Coriander 1 cup
  15. oil

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add maida, yeast, salt, sugar, ghee, Adrak Miirchi pst and Haldi.mix all well.
  2. Now take warm milk and make dough .while making dough beat it well to get soft buns.
  3. Keep for fermentation in a warm place.
  4. Now heat oil in a pan add in onions, once done add in tomatoes and capsicum. Now add all the masalas and cook on slow flame. Once cooked add in coriander and mix.
  5. Now see the dough it will double in size. Make very small balls, keep on a baking sheet and keep aside in warm place.
  6. Once they have double bake them in preheated oven for 15 to 20 at 180.
  7. Remove brush ghee keep aside
  8. Now slit from middle fill in the gravy in buns. Heat oil adds in a spoonful of gravy and drops in few buns and coat nicely with gravy.
  9. Take serving dish drop in buns and garnish with yellow Sev and coriander.
