Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup dal
  2. Haldi
  3. Red chilli powder 2tsp
  4. Salt
  5. Amchur 1tsp
  6. Garam masala 1tsp
  7. Jeera powder 1tsp
  8. Ginger paste 1tsp
  9. Oil
  10. Jeera
  11. For Pakwan
  12. Maida 2cups
  13. Salt
  14. Oil 2 tbsp
  15. Water
  16. For serving:
  17. Chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves
  18. Green chutney, Imli chutney

Instructions

  1. Soak Chana dal for 5hours and then boil
  2. Heat oil add jeera
  3. Add all spices and saute little then add little water
  4. When boils add dal and cook
  5. We don't need much gravy so remain it medium
  6. For Pakwan:
  7. Add salt and oil in maida and make a dough
  8. Rest it for 10 min. Then roll it, cut it and fry it
  9. Serving:
  10. First, take dal in bowl and add chop veggies
  11. Then add both chutney garnish with coriander leaves
  12. Serve with Pakwan
