Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Frozen mango pieces 2 cups
  2. Oats 1/2 cup
  3. Honey 2 teaspoon
  4. Pomegranate kernels 2 tablespoon
  5. Mint sprigs 4
  6. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. First, cook oats in water till it softens. It should be thick in consistency.
  2. Switch off the flame and cool down it.
  3. Now take mango pieces in a blender & blend it till it becomes like a puree.
  4. Now add honey & cooked oats in it.Blend till it becomes lump free.
  5. Pour it into a serving bowl.Garnish with pomegranate kernels, pineapple slices & mint sprigs.
  6. Yummy golden glow smoothie is ready.
  7. It can be served chilled or normal.
