ABOUT Mango Oats Smoothie RECIPE

Summer special Smoothie with goodness of oats.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2-3 cups skimmed milk /fresh Yogurt can also be used
  2. 1 medium ripe Mangoes peeled and diced,
  3. 2 tbsp Oats
  4. 2 tbsp honey or sugar (optional)
  5. 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream + 1 tbsp for garnish
  6. 2 tbsp kiwi crush
  7. 2 tbsp strawberry crush


  1. Roast the oats on a low heat for 2-3 minutes. Then take it out on a plate and grind to a fine powder.
  2. In a blender jar, combine the diced mango flesh, oats and 1 tbsp vanilla ice cream and milk . Blend till everything is finely pulsed and mixed.
  3. Add honey or sugar if using and check the consistency. If its too thick then add a little more milk. Blend to a smoothie consistency.
  4. Garnish your glass with strawberry and kiwi crush.
  5. Pour smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
  6. Serve it topped with the vanilla ice cream and crush.
