ABOUT Mango And Oats Smoothie RECIPE

Delicious smoothie with the goodness of mango.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Ripe Mango - 1 (frozen)
  2. Banana - 1 (frozen)
  3. Milk - 1/2 Cup
  4. Vanilla yoghurt - 1/2 Cup
  5. Oats - 2 tbsp
  6. Almond - 4 (soak them overnight in water, next morning peel and use them)
  7. Honey/ sugar - (according to your taste)
  8. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
  9. Ice cubes - 4

Instructions

  1. Peel mango, discard the seed, cut it into cubes and freeze it for 2-3 hrs.
  2. Peel banana, cut it into cubes and freeze it for 2-3 hrs.
  3. Blend all the frozen ingredients in a blender.
  4. Your nutritious smoothie is ready to serve.
