Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2Pcs Of Maggi
  2. Maggi masala
  3. Oil 4tablespoon
  4. salt as needed
  5. 1 Onion Fully chopped
  6. 2 glass full of water
  7. Capsicum half choped
  8. Cabbage(optional)
  9. Any Other vegetable as per your need

Instructions

  1. First of all, boil the noodles for 2-minutes in plain boiling water. Once they're cooked, immediately take it out and drain off the liquid.
  2. Put The oil in a frying pan or a kadhai and wait for it to go hot. After, put the onions. And then after 1 min put other vegetable.
  3. Wait for the vegetables to fry. Then put the maggi masala and some chaat masala and mix well.
  4. Put some salt in the maggi kept aside.
  5. You will notice a nice aroma coming from the vegetables and mix the with the vegetables in the kadhai/pan.
  6. Make sure that the gas is in low side.
  7. Put 1 cup of water and wait the water to burn properly.
  8. So your maggi is ready.
  9. Garnish some cabbage stripes from above and serve it well.
