Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 big size onions
  2. 3 tsp oil
  3. 1 tsp rai dana
  4. 1/2 tsp hing
  5. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tsp or salt to tast
  7. 1/4 cup Besan

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in iron kadhai spletter rai dana and hing then add jullians of onions.
  2. When onions become soft add red chilli powder and salt .
  3. Now mix besan and cook for 3 to 4 min.
  4. Our kandya cha jhunka is ready to serve with bhakar.
  5. Enjoy jhunka bhakar it's very tasty and healthy too.
