Ingredients to make Kanda Bhajji

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of besan/ chickpea flour
  • 1 cup of maida/ flour
  • 2 tablespoon of cornflour
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • yogurt (as dip)
  • oil for frying
  • salt for taste
