Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled corn 1 cup
  2. 2 Onions chopped in big chunks
  3. 1 Onion paste
  4. 1 tomato paste
  5. Heavy cream ½ cup
  6. Clarified butter 2 spoon
  7. Milk ½ cup
  8. Ginger garlic paste ½ spoon
  9. Salt according to taste
  10. Red chilly powder ¼ spoon
  11. Turmeric powder ⅛ spoon
  12. Coriander powder ½ spoon
  13. Sugar ½ spoon
  14. Garam masala ⅛ spoon
  15. 1 Clove
  16. 1 Cardamom
  17. 1 Cinnamon stick
  18. Tomato sauce 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. Saute onion chunks in refined oil till golden brown
  2. Take out onions in a plate
  3. Heat clarified butter
  4. Add clove,cardamom,cinnamon stick
  5. Saute onion paste and ginger garlic paste
  6. Add tomato paste when it is cooked add cream
  7. Saute until it leaves oil
  8. Add all spices
  9. Add corn and sugar
  10. Add tomato sauce and milk
  11. After boiling add fried onion chunks
  12. Serve with naan or roti
