Ingredients to make MASALA dosa

  • For dosa batter
  • salt to taste
  • 3 cup rice
  • 1 cup white lentils ( urad dal)
  • 1 cup soak poha
  • 1 tsp caster oil
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
  • 3 green chilly
  • 1/2 cm ginger
  • 1/2 onions
  • FOR masala
  • 5 boil , pill and chopped potatoes
  • 5 onion cut in a slice
  • 1 bowl peas
  • 4-5 green chilly chopped
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger
  • 8-10 curry leaves
  • hing
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1, 1/2 garam masala
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 Tsp Chaat masala

How to make MASALA dosa

  1. Take white lentils and fenugreek seeda and soak 4 hour and then bland it make a smooth paste.
  2. Take rice wash it 3-4 times and soak it 4 hour
  3. Add rice in mixture jug add onion, chilly, ginger, poha and add water then churn and make smooth paste .

  6. Chilly and ginger
  7. Add caster oil and little lemon Juice and mix it. batter is ready now
  8. Take oil in kadai and heat it mustard seed .
  9. Add hing Curry Leaves, chilly, ginger and saute.
  10. Add peas and saute
  11. Add onions and saute.
  12. Add salt and turmeric..Cook it .
  13. Covered the lid and cook it for few minutes
  14. Remove the lid .and mix well
  15. Add potato and mix it well .add little salt for potato addvgaram masala, chaat masala lemon juice and sugar and cook 3 minutes
  16. Masala Ready.
  17. Pour dosa batter on dosa tawa and make dosa spread little red chilly and garlic paste
  18. Add Masala And then oil .flip dosa from both sides of masala .
  19. Ready
  20. Serve with sambhar..
  21. Yummy and tasty
