Method:- cut all vegetables and fry them.{u can saute them separately too} -2)slice 3 onion and tomatoes in Julianne. -3) 7to8 garlic clove crushed. -4) take a pan add 2tblespn oli then add onions saute them for 2/3 minutes./ add tomatoes n crushed garlic again saute them 2/3 minutes/add tawa masala which grinned i add 5 tblespn mix well./ readyads fry vegetables n salt toss well in masala .....its ready.
