Savoury dish but with a twist. Crunchy and crispy matar with the goodness of palak.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 2 cup refined flour
  2. 1/2 palak paste
  3. 2 tablepoon oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. oil for frying


  1. Make a paste of palak into the blender and sieve the extract and reserve it .
  2. Take a bowl and mix the salt, oil, palak juice and refined flour.
  3. Make a soft dough out of it and cover it with damp cloth, keep aside for 1/2 hr.
  4. After 1/2 hour knead it again, roll it into a very thin chapati and cut into the shape of matar and separate it from the left over dough. Cut all the matar and fry it into medium hot oil.
  5. Your palak ke matar is ready.
