Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Strawberry 1/2 packet
  2. Milk 1 litre
  3. Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  4. Ingredients for sugar syrup:
  5. 1 jug water
  6. 2¹/² cup sugar
  7. Rose water 2 drops

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk. Then slowly add lemon juice in it. Mix it as well and chenna is ready.
  2. Then separate chenna from water.
  3. Tie it for 4 hours in cotton cloth.
  4. Then make puree of strawberries.
  5. After 4 hours chenna is ready.
  6. Add strawberry puree with the help of strainer into the chenna and mash it for 10 minutes.
  7. Then make small balls.
  8. Add water and sugar into the wok.
  9. Boil it and make 1 thread sugar syrup.
  10. Then put all strawberry balls into the sugar syrup and boil it for 7 minutes. Rasgullas are ready.
  11. Serve chilled.
