Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Leftover boiled rice - 1 cup
  2. Finely Chopped onion, capsicum and tomato - 1/2 cup
  3. Cornstarch - 2 tsp
  4. Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt - according to taste
  6. Oil for greasing


  1. Grind the boiled rice in grinder
  2. Chopped veggies finely
  3. Add all above ingredients in rice mixture.
  4. Mix well and make a dough
  5. Grease your palm , put some mixture on your palm and make small lemon size balls from this mixture.
  6. Grease the microwave safe plate and put balls on it......grease the balls with brush.....put the plate in microwave on high mode.
  7. Micro it for 5 min. Attached the toothpicks. Before serve.
  8. Your yummy and easy to make rice balls are ready to serve.
