Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 500gm Mango pulp (any ripe Mango)
  2. 100gm sugar
  3. 1/2tsp Cardamom powder
  4. 2tsp oil/ ghee

Instructions

  1. Grind the mangoes in a grinder .
  2. Pour the paste into the pan.
  3. Turn flame on low to medium.
  4. Add sugar and cardamom powder.
  5. Mix it well and keep stirring.
  6. Cook on 15 to 20 minutes until colour become dark.
  7. Now grease a plate with ghee/oil.
  8. Gently pour the mixture on the Plate & spread evenly.
  9. Keep it under the sun light for 2 to 3 days.
  10. So that it gets dried properly.
  11. Cut the pieces of your choice shapes.
  12. Our Aam papad is ready to eat.
