Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Discoated coconut 250 grm
  2. Grated suger 1 cup
  3. Malai 1 cup
  4. Ilaachi powder 1/2tablespoon
  5. Food colour 4
  6. Jams one pack

Instructions

  1. 1.firstly boil malai .
  2. 2.add suger in it .
  3. 3.then add discoacted coconut
  4. 4.cook well nd mix well .
  5. 5.. switch off gas
  6. 6.now wait for cooling the batter
  7. 7.then divide in 4 part .
  8. 8.then add 1 pinch food colour in every part ..
  9. 9.now knead the dough type ,,4 colour​ dough is ready
  10. 10 .now make little balls of every color.
  11. 11.now combinded 4 little balls make 1 color full ladu .
