Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Suji 1/2 cup
  2. Cauliflower small florets 1/2 cup
  3. Carrot small cubes 1/2 cup
  4. Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Onion chopped 1 medium
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. Ghee 1tsp
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. Red chilli dry 1
  12. Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with oil
  2. Temper with whole dry red chilli and Nigella seeds
  3. Now add all the vegetables,salt and sugar.
  4. Cover cook in low flame till the vegetables are partially cooked.
  5. Add in semolina/suji and mix it well
  6. After 4 to 5 minutes of sauteing the suji with vegetables, add the water,and again stir it well.
  7. Cover cook for 5 more minutes
  8. Mix 1 tsp of Ghee at last.
